Topped with fresh garnishes and finished with the very consomé it was braised in, this bowl brings the full birria experience in every bite. Perfect on its own or even better with a squeeze of lime and your favorite hot sauce.

Whoadega:

Hibachi-style fried rice, roasted zucchini and carrots, eggs, and a side of homemade yumyum sauce.

Inspired by classic hibachi flavors, this bowl brings the heat and the sizzle. Our fried rice is loaded with savory aromatics and just the right amount of crisp, while the roasted veggies add that smoky, charred finish. Served with our homemade yumyum sauce for dipping or drizzling, and even better with your choice of hibachi-marinated chicken, steak, or shrimp.

Seoulja Boy:

Sticky rice, kimchi, spicy cucumber, marinated shredded carrots, creamy mac salad, crispy onions, and Korean BBQ sauce.

Packed with bold, crave-worthy flavor, this bowl is a tribute to Korean BBQ. Tangy kimchi and spicy cucumber bring the heat, while creamy mac salad and marinated carrots add balance. Crispy onions bring the crunch, and it all comes together over sticky rice with a hit of Korean BBQ sauce. Top it off with marinated bulgogi or crispy tofu — either way, it hits every note.

Nirvana:

Spiralized sweet potatoes, zucchini, sweet onion, garlic, jalapeño, mushrooms, snap peas, ginger, topped with fresh cilantro & mint.
